I like all of these!! And I was going to suggest a kissy face but see it has already been mentioned
The shamrock would be so cute.
I now I mentioned this on the other thread and you said it might be pretty tough, but I still think it would be awesome to have something for "baby dust", like a wand with some little stars or something. But I know something like that is tough with such a small little emoticon.
I also like the idea of something for boys and girls; maybe add a blue heart and a green heart, or something?

I totally love the thumbs up/down idea & 4 leaf clover. I also like the idea of possibly something like...an embarrassed "TMI just happened" face.
I'd also like an eye popping out one.So, we can say things like, "Octomom is Pregnant Again" and people can say:
