I didn't have to worry about this with my last pregnancy because I could barely tolerate ANY food then. This time around it seems like I need to have something in my stomach at all times or the nausea will start to appear. I haven't been very good at bringing snacks to work so half the time I feel pretty close to death!

I really need to start bringing plenty of snacks.. maybe enough to eat every hour to 30 minutes. hehe ;-).

I also would like to make some good choices because that is a whole lot of eating!

What snacks do you recommend. Healthy, nutritious, filling?
I mean cookies would be ideal but not so much for the scale :-(.
