So 5 weeks post partum I went back dancing. I danced for 1-2 hours a day, 2-4 days a week and felt great! Now at the five month mark, I take one easy one hour class and I'm completely exhausted and need to go to bed ASAP. Afterward I feel dehydrated no matter how much I drink. I drink till my stomach is full and bloated, and I'm still thirsty, and if I don't top up with gatorade and coconut water, I wake up 8 hours later with a huge migraine. I don't know if it's because my baby is nursing more volume wise and I have to lose more fluid that way than I used to before 5 months, or what is going on. Has anyone else experienced a fitness regression post-partum??
