Our neighbor always goes all out for Halloween and Christmas - well this year my DS decided we needed a scary house too! My 1st thought was ugh...no! But he was so excited I couldn't refuse! We picked up 1 thing from Target and the rest came from the dollar store.
It turned out pretty cool although DS says we need more skulls 
anyone else decorate?

Not yet. I need to remind my husband to get the bin down from the garage. I have these bat decals that look really cool on our front window. I bought a few more that are similar at target, so I'm excited to add to it.
We have a neighbor that goes nuts on halloween. He decorates his own house, plus the house next door and has smoke and on that night he'll dress up and jump out and scare the kids. We end up getting a lot of trick or treaters because of it!

We use it as an excuse to get my 9 year old step son involved in a craft. We make a few new things to display every year. We have a scarecrow outside, lots of paper cut-out pumpkins, and skulls in the windows, some felt pumpkins that I had him cut out and then stitched up with my sewing machine, a garland of paper leaves above our fireplace. My husband loves Halloween, and my stepson loves craft projects, so it all works out.

I did a very minimal amount over the weekend. I'll take a pic later when I get home. One pumpkin witch scarecrow, 2 pumpkins, and some fake fall leaves woven around our stair railing outside.

We do our front bay window and some ghosts hanging from the tree.

We do but very minimally. DH needs to bring the tote up for me. It's blocked by our poker table which is too heavy for me to move.

Halloween is one of my DH's favorite holidays (other than 4th of July). He goes all out - not scary/gory but more like the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. We're excited because this will be the 1st time in over 12 years that we will have trick or treaters (we used to live out in the country but now we live in town).

Love when people decorate their yards! I like in a town house so no lawn for us but I decorate inside my house.

Haha how cute! I would love to but we live on a one lane county road that dead ends to the 5 acres we share with DH'S family. There is literally no one to see our yard! I just decorate for fall/Christmas inside the house.

I do!!! I don't have pictures yet because I haven't decorated yet, but I have those same skulls and tombstones from the Dollar Store
We have columns in the front of our house and this year I'm making an "Arkham Asylum" gothic looking faux-wrought-iron sign, and also a hanging thing that will look like boards are nailed across our bottom windows. Hopefully it looks good!!
I always do some tombstones, with a skull next to it and hands coming out of the ground in front of one of the tombstones.

We decorated this weekend, just some stuff on the mantle, vinyl on the wall, a "cobweb" on our door... I keep finding plastic spiders on the floor and they scare me! Lol. My 26 month old was into decorating this year, she says goodbye to the fake skulls when we leave the house.

I just did this weekend - put some pumpkins and mums out front, then some small pumpkins inside along with a "Happy Halloween" banner and some other small halloween/fall knick knacks

When we lived in the apartments, DH put halloween lights up the stairs leading to our place. Sadly, we got 2 kids to come by and so it wasn't worth it to the DH to decorate each year.
We moved into a house this year and I think he's going to decorate again. Just lights. Hopefully it will attract a few more than 2 kids.

@bluestriped bee: I got the designs from a guy that does prop and set design. He has a blog and put them up for free - there are a ton! http://davelowe.blogspot.com/2013/08/63-days-til-halloween-undead-window.html
I printed them on a plotter (large-scale printer), covered the back with black duct tape, then cut them out with an x-acto knife. I taped them to the window with a plastic orange tablecloth behind them.

I bought some decorations this weekend (a wreath, some light-up pumpkins for the porch) and when Xander saw them, he totally FREAKED out and started crying and clinging to Hubs!

These are all so cute, I decorate for fall not Halloween, so that way it can stay up through thanksgiving, I'm lazy

Yep! We put up orange string lights and fake cobwebs around our porch and have a couple little welcome signs and some light-up ghost stakes. Inside I have some porcelain pumpkins, a candy bowl, and some little stuffed halloween plushies or figures like an owl on the mantle.
