I have been at a weight loss plateau for several months. I got back into really bad habits and I was wondering if anyone had heard of or tried the whole 30? It seems like something that would really help and set me up for good habits. I am just not sure about my will power. Has anyone tried this or had any success with it?
I am looking to try and make big changes for our family but I was just trying to figure out how to do it. I was also not a huge fan of their wording on their website. I am just trying to figure out whether just eating real food is enough or whether I should go the paleo/primal route.
