I did 30ds a while back and got Ripped in 30 to change it up...I was thinking it was not as hard as 30DS (I'm on week 1) but today I woke up really stiff and sore!!!
I like that I can FFW through Jillian's intro! So glad she realized how freaking annoying that is on 30 DS to have to listen to her brag about how tough she is every. single. time. That's reason alone to buy Ripped in 30!
She's as annoying as ever, though...I hate how she tries to be a comedienne!
But it's a decent workout so far! I'm not trying to lose weight...I had just been slacking on working out for a few weeks and am trying to avoid being skinny-fat! And tone and tighten bc it's already bikini season in FL!
Anyone else doing RI30? What do you think about it?
