It doesn't really bug me although I find it a bit silly. For instance. I've never seen anything in Carters go for full price. So "half off" their PJs isn't really a good deal, since that's what I normally see them go for. But if you pay attention and track sales, you can find stuff cheaper when they have a coupon on top of a sale or something. It's more work than being able to trust the store that their "sale" is saving you money. But it saves me money and that's important to me. But if shipping at Nordstroms only a few times a year saves you money, that works too!

We don't have many stores near us, so I do most of the kids' shopping online. It makes if easier to track prices and now I just know which types of sales to ignore at Carters.
