I've got 5 sheets of raspberries in the freezer and 7 pints of raspberry jam on the go. I love preserving food! I love buying it cheap and non-sprayed in the summer and eating it all winter long.

I've got 10 things of raspberry jam in the freezer - the only thing holding me back from having a huge stash is a lack of freezer space.

I've never done this, but I'm thinking of trying to make some pickles this year. The cucumbers in our garden are going crazy and we can't eat/give them away fast enough!

I've started making "summer food" purees for LO (which she'll be able to eat this winter). So far I've got garden pea, blueberry, raspberry and strawberry. Also going to make summer squash and peach.
Also froze fruit for us grownups to enjoy this winter too!

We keep meaning to do it more but haven't yet. With m here now I think we def will. I also plan on puréeing in season items now for her.
We have tins of veggies from our garden we need to can!

I do! I freeze our jalapeños whole, canned mint jelly,, made peach freezer jam, dill pickles, squash pickles, sweet and spicy tomato preserves, a quart of tomatoes, salsa, and applesauce, so far. I am going to do more applesauce and canned peaches, and probably more tomatoes, later this summer.
