Ugh... I'm so frustrated! For the past 2 - 3 months, I have been suffering from insomnia!! I honestly can't remember the last time I had a full night's rest without constantly waking up. And no, I don't even have an LO yet to blame, haha!

I used to be a really sound sleeper, always slept through the night and rarely woke up to go pee. Now I consistently wake up about 1.5 - 2 hrs after I fall asleep to pee. And then I wake up at the smallest noises. My dog has a habit of licking herself (gross) and I HATE the licking/lip smacking noise, and that wakes me up every night.

Last night I had the worst night's sleep ever. Plus, it was the first time I used a white noise machine (ordered one off Amazon based on your recco's!!). Unfortunately, I had the hardest time falling asleep, woke up multiple times by all the licking noises (which the white noise didn't disguise), and couldn't go back to sleep. Helppp meeee....

I asked my primary care doc about this last week, and he didn't have any solutions for me, and said that it's usually attributed to some subconscious stress. I don't FEEL all that stressed!! Anyone have any tips to help me sleep through the night?

Yours truly,
Sleepy Sweetchic
