I had one that I got as a gift. I liked the way it looked but it was not all that comfy being one-sided. I preferred the moby (fauxby LOL). But I did use it on occasion over the first 6 months.

I was gifted one as well but never used it. I went to a meet-up where the owner of a baby carrier store was there showing us how to use different carriers. She didn't recommend the pouch-type slings because your LO can easily slouch down in them making it difficult to breathe.

I don't have one (or a baby yet!) but I saw a lady using one when I was out in the city this weekend...she was comfortably walking and eating and everything...it was super cute. Her baby looked like a good 6-7m old?

I got one for free, but lo was already too big for it. I figured ill just save it for the next.

I have one- now that it is hot, it is by far my favorite sling since the material is nice and light. My son is 6 months, and I love to use it with him riding on my hip. He does get heavy after a while, but it is a good workout and gives him a break from the carseat.

I was given a sling for my first child and I tried it once, I hated it! It was uncomfortable for me since it's one sided and I was scared to even move because it seemed like she was gonna fall out!

Yes. It's worth it for how cheap it was *free, but expensive shipping. I keep it in my diaper bag "just in case"
Order a size up for your boobs... and read the instructions (oops! )
I forget the code, but it can be free if you find it.

I used it when I was first home from the hospital and it was great with at tiny little newborn.

I second @pastemoo: to order a size up. I thought I would be ok with ordering on the large end with the measurements I took and it still wasn't enough. I couldn't help but feel little one was crammed in there so haven't used it. I'm waiting until she's older and I can use it on my hip.
