I ordered a carrier on no better deal last week and much to my surprise today I got my package and inside was a 48 piece tool set (???). On the receipt it had the correct item I ordered so no idea what happened, but I'm so disappointed! I'm obviously going to call tomorrow & ask for my money back but was wondering if anyone has dealt with their customer service before? And no idea what to do with the tool set, hopefully they'll pay for shipping to send it back because it's super heavy!
