Peeing into a cup?
So I tried my first OPK today, one of those cheap ones where you pee into a cup and then dip the stick. So far so good, until I actually tried to pee in the cup, sorry about the TMI, but OMG so much pee on my hand 
Please tell me I'm not the only one, any tips from you OPK pros?

Get a bigger cup. I seriously used a big red solo cup. No reason to use a small one.

I dedicated a wide pyrex glass to pee in and wash it each time--it's stashed beneath my bathroom sink. My husband was horrified to discover I've been doing this and insists it will be thrown away once I finally get pregnant!

I used a glass, @Happygal: my Dh was also horrified by this and started asking every time he reached for a glass "have you peed in this one?". but anyway, instead of holding it inches below and catching the pee, I would hold it right up against me and pee straight into it. Never had any mess that way!

Thanks for the advice ladies, tomorrow I'll try a bigger cup and higher up. Hopefully that should do the trick

Also, I promise you'll get better at it. I always used those small, paper Dixie cups and had it mastered by cycle 2-3. It's good practice for how often you have to do it once you are pregnant.

well I will just admit that I still pee on my hand on a pretty regular basis. and I have been PIAC for a long time . . . for TTC #1, pregnancy, now TTC #2 . . . so I just wash hands as much as needed.

Haha I just have great aim and pee directly on the cheapie strips...I'd say it makes a good party trick but to be honest I don't want to be invited to those types of parties.

What @illumina: said! Place the cup/glass/whatever, right up against your body! Doesn't give your pee any other place to go!

hahahaha.. It's good practice for all the times you have to pee in a cup once you are pregnant...
