We have a chalkboard/magnet wall in A's playroom and it needs to be cleaned. I have no idea how to clean it though, without ruining it. I think maybe it makes it more difficult since there is magnet paint underneath. I've tried just a wet paper towel but the paper towel ends up shredding and the chalk just smears. Does anyone know how I can clean it?

What about a wet cloth? I use a wet washcloth on my chalkboard and it works great. But mine is just a small chalkboard and not an entire wall.

@mrskc: I'll try that...I think it's going to be more difficult either way because the magnet paint makes it not a smooth surface.

I would just spray water on it with a spray bottle and use a cloth also.

@mrskc: Apparently not...it was just Target brand paper towel too, so nothing super thick and fancy.
