    @Mrs. Jacks: I've only read promising medical studies for DHEA, and maybe ubiquinol? My RE encouraged getting anything like omega 3s and vitamin D through diet. I would love to know about research supporting maca and royal jelly if we consider going for #2 in the future.

    @Happygal: I don't believe there is any good evidence for royal jelly. I'll consider a blog post.

    @Happygal: I tried royal jelly and had a horrible side effect. Wall me if you want details.

    @MrsMcD: eek. I'm sorry. Yes, wall me really b/c I'm curious about what happened!

    IF interventions can take up so much energy and time and $$ that I'm pretty particular about what I'll take, especially if there is a risk of negative side effects. Unless there's solid, positive evidence that it's helpful, I'll skip it!
