@Mrs. Jacks: I've only read promising medical studies for DHEA, and maybe ubiquinol? My RE encouraged getting anything like omega 3s and vitamin D through diet. I would love to know about research supporting maca and royal jelly if we consider going for #2 in the future.

IF interventions can take up so much energy and time and $$ that I'm pretty particular about what I'll take, especially if there is a risk of negative side effects. Unless there's solid, positive evidence that it's helpful, I'll skip it!
