My local milk delivery company gave us a free $10 off our first delivery. I get our first shipment tomorrow! We'll see how long this lasts.

I looked into it but the price was just a bit too much for us to justify at the time. I am curious to hear how you like it though, I will definitely reconsider once we have little ones eating/drinking dairy since we will go through it more.

@LindsayInNY: @Dandelion: Yup, just like the old milkman days. They will deliver milk, cheese, butter, bakery items, juice, yogurt, eggs and other items. They don't have everything but some essentials.
The thing about milk delivery is the freshness. From their website, it says...
"Our milk comes straight from the cows to your home in just 24-48 hours! We pasteurize and package the milk daily, using the most rigorous methods to test for freshness and quality at every step along the way. If you purchase milk from a grocery store, the milk is likely to have spent twice as much time in processing, on the road, and at various distribution outlets before making it to the grocery shelf.
For our local company, they offer free shipping if you spend $10.

My in-laws did this when their boys were at home. I think it was Oberweiss? We don't drink a lot of milk now so I don't think we'd ever try it.

We have it (Oberweiss) but I'm already at the store, so I don't mind picking up milk and I tried it and wasn't blown away by it

We have our milk delivered to our home. I'm not a huge milk fan but it tastes alright to me. I wasn't a fan of their eggs but I'm in love with their homemade ice cream.
