I have an iphone and a macbook and DH uses an ipad. We don't have a good system for backing up or synching them and I'm worried about losing all my pictures of M! I'm looking at icloud but I don't really get it. The highest storage amount for purchase is 50GB and that doesn't sound like much as far as photos and videos go. Anyone have experience with this? Am I being a dummy?

We use DropBox, and love it. Never tried iCloud, though (we have an Android mobile).

@allison: Thanks! It seems like a lot of people use DropBox. Maybe that's the way to go. I guess I just thought an apple product might synch best with all of our apple products.

I've been uploading them using the shutterfly app but maybe I need to look into drop box.
