Anyone's lips chapped like crazy today??

Mine always are because I'm totally addicted to lip balm.
I've tried really hard to cut back but ... it's hard. I know that sounds so silly but it's the truth! HAHA

yes =( i try to use a washcloth at the end of my shower to kind of exfoliate some of the dead stuff, then i cake on burt's bees lip balm (mango is my fav!) or eos. i'm trying to drink more water in hopes that is might help. i probably need to start running the humidifier. when i was a teenager if my lips were chapped my mom used to tell me to stop making out with boys, haha, apparently, according to her, it leads to chapped lips. i'm not sure DH would be onboard with that solution =D

Yes, but I've been sick with crazy congestion so heavy breathing out of my mouth (yuck) seems to make them even drier!! =(

Mine are, for the same reason as @Alivoo01...I have been applying lip balm like crazy. For what it's worth, Kiehl's has helped them way better than Burt's Bees or Vaseline.

@mrbee: I'm pretty hardcore! I don't feel like chapped lips are an out, it just doesn't sound legit, 'sorry hun, not tonight, my lips are chapped.'

@mrbee if you have lanolin cream laying around the house it works great for very chapped lips l!

I have a hoard of lip balm. DH teases me but you know my lips are always soft.
