LO is 18 mo and DH's parents need ideas for her Xmas gift. These days she is so into riding in cozy coupes at play spaces and rocking toys. Space in our apartment is limited, so if we get a toy as big as a rocking horse, I want to know if she'll still be interested in it 6+ months from now. Any thoughts?

We don't HAVE one so maybe it's just the novelty, but my almost three year old jumps on one whenever he sees it!

My parents gave my old rocking horse (after some much-needed repairs!) to LO for her first birthday. She is now 18 months old and still rides it at least once a day. Hilariously, she often jumps on it naked after her bath time

The 3 - 4 year old girls at daycare still love their rocking horse.

My 19 m has 2 hand me downs and she has loved them for months. I don't see her falling out of love for a long time.

My grandparents had a rocking horse (well, it was more of a bouncy horse since it had springs) and my little brother and I both remember playing with it so we had to have been at least 4 or so! If it's big enough I think it would be something that's played with for a long time.

My 20 month old loves his and rides it every day. He has for a good 6 months now and I don't see him stopping anytime soon.
