I definitely see them on the younger "kids"/teenagers. I think these girls look adorable in the 90s clothes. I remember being that age and being free to experiment and have fun with fashion

They are definitely back. Just like the first time around, the people who pull this look off best are the tall, skinny girls. I have several students who are rocking this look successfully lately....and a couple who aren't so successful.

@Anagram: just like leggings, my friend.I'm actually kinda happy they're back. It's hard leaving over and running after a toddler and baby in low rise! I'm hoping to buy a pair regular / mid rise skinnies!

I don't have any high waisted jeans but I have some high waisted pants (Dannie from J Crew) and I LOVE them!!!!!
I don't tuck in though!

They have been in the NYC area for a while. I actually like them to suck everything in, but obviously I'm not rocking a crop top with them like a teenager

They've been back for a while, along with the 90s in general. I have a pair I love! I don't tuck shirts into them, though.
