It sounds like a stupid question but... All of the kids in our neighborhood act like jerks =\
The kids who live next door (there are 4 of them- all still in elementary school) are SO rude! They throw things at cars, run across other people's yards, squirt strangers walking past with squirts guns and flip people who are driving down the street off. I hate going out front for any reason while they're out. Luckily they're renters so I'm really hoping they aren't our neighbors for long!

Oh that sucks!! All our neighbourhood kids are 3 and under so,so far they are nice and cute!

@Mrs. Champagne: The neighbors across the street have younger kids and those parents are at least polite so I'm really hoping that they have the potential to be nice kids but right now they hang out with the crazy kids next door. I'm scared that they are ruining them lol!

No, they're jerks too. They set our friend and neighbors lawn on fire by setting off illegal fire works last summer, my son called 911 and tried to put it out. They're awful little boys, and unfortunately the only kids on the street so when my son is out riding his bike they come out. They've stolen his shoes, dunked/held him under water in the pool, hidden his bike from him, he came home one day and said they stole chew and were chewing. They're 11 and 13, my son is 11.
Luckily we're renting and we aren't locked into a lease so we can move any time

The kids in my neighbourhood are nice. Although it is interesting how my next door neighbour (~14) changes when his friends are over and he has to show off by being obnoxious.

In our old neighborhoods, the kids were all little bastards and we definitely talked about how we didn't want our kid growing up with them and running with their not nice "gang". They were nasty, mean little kids.
In our new neighborhood, there are tons of kids and they are all nice. Like super nice, well behaved, normal children. woohoo!

Our neighborhood is full of kids -- we get close to 400 trick of treaters -- and everyone here is SO NICE. Everyone stops and makes small talk when walking or waves when walking by. All the kids are super friendly, too.

There aren't many kids on my street, but the boys who live on the next street are little turds. They take their sweet time getting out of the way for cars, ride their bikes all over people's yards, and generally don't respect adults.

@evansjamie: same. Our next door neighbor's kids are like 5 & 7 and I swear one of them is going to get hit by a car some day. They are always out playing in the street and go sloooowly out of your way. I finally had to holler at them to stay off my driveway because their noise was waking the baby up.

Ugh, punks!
I think they're okay...the boy next door is kind of entitled at 6 years-old (the dad is very wealthy but just left them 
) and the other kids are a little wild. There is a sporty family across the street and they seem fun. They've already asked if B can come play haha he's way too little!

It is mixed. It seems like *most* of the kids that actually live in our neighborhood are nice. And there are a lot of them always out to play, which is really nice. But-- our community also attracts a lot of kids who live in the apartment complex across the street from us because we have a nice park with lots of green space and splash pad and play ground.... and a lot of them seem really rude.
