We live in a neighborhood with lots and lots of young families. I think it will be good for M to have all of these kids around her age around her as she grows up.

TONS of families. You're out of place here if you don't have stroller (or a dog! Tons of dogs as well).

tons - but most move to the suburbs when their oldest is ready for kindergarten.

Tons, but we don't really know any of them well. Maybe that will change when LO is in school.

Yep, our street is full of kids, we stick out like a sore thumb without a LO tagging along with us!

We have a good mix! When we first moved in it was medium aged families but now a lot of younger families have moved in.

Some but most of the families have babies. There aren't many toddlers or older kids because the public school options here are limited.

Some families, but a lot with kids already in elementary or middle school. I look at them as future babysitters!
I grew up in a neighborhood with only two other families with kids my age. They were nice enough but they were both boys so I didn't have any girlfriends until I started kindergarten and made friends there!

Tons, and we just found out about a little boy who was born the day before our LO!

Tons! A lot of friends live in our neighborhood too. It's nice.
