I will admit that I asked the pediatrician if I was doing things right with my lo's hygiene. It was totally embarrassing asking but he didn't see it as a big deal at all.

Hahaha... our LO has a yeast infection under his chin in one of his skin folds.. i felt like such a bad parent..
After that I have made bath time a daily activity instead of every other day.

I always want to ask the pediatrician about BM and the color and if its normal but I'm to embarrassed to ask.

@krsmall: Our pediatrician actually asks about the color of her BM every time we go.
I can't think of anything that I've been embarrassed to ask yet actually.

When my DD was born, she had some white discharge in her vajayjay. I don't know why but I felt kind of embarrassed saying "Is that stuff in her vagina normal?" I don't know. The word "vagina" felt weird in reference to a baby's. haha

Yes my baby also had the discharge thing, but even thought I felt embarrased I never held back any questions because I was actually more worried than anything, and I just wanted to be reassured that everything was ok
After that I have made bath time a daily activity instead of every other day.
