I am. 
My brother has a cell phone stores and lets me switch/upgrade whenever I want although I never abuse it. And they always buy me my favorite foods when I go home. And never let us pay for dinner. DH has to fight them for the bill!
I think I make up for it by spoiling my niece & nephews and being a pretty kick ass "goo jie"!

sisters and parents never spoiled me when I was younger.
they spoil my kids like crazy though. my parents have been really generous with their gifts since I've gotten married.

I'm the older sister! & my brother is only 18 so he doesn't do much "spoiling" lol but my parents definitely spoil me still!

My sister is the recipient. She's a lot younger than me, so I bought her her 1st iphone, took her to concerts when she could never afford the seats that I got, took her to Disneyland, etc etc. I expect her to babysit my future kids a lot for payback hahaha.

I spoil/ed the crap out of my niece & nephews. My brothers had to tell me no on more than one occasion. Sometimes I listen and sometimes I don't.
