SO of Mr Bee's post -
I am not nor will I ever be! I was at my lowest when I got married - wasn't trying to lose weight but I was down 9lbs from when I met DH for my wedding.
Today I am 14lbs over my wedding weight

Nope. I'm 9 lbs over as of today.
But even at my wedding weight, I was 5 lbs over my happy weight. I had all these plans to lose weight before the wedding but moved cross country and started a new job and just...didn't.
Oh well.

I'm close if not at it, which is still higher than I want to be. But the real issue is that it's all concentrated in my belly- it's like it stretched out when I was pregnant and just won't go back. 21 months pp....
I would like to be down about 20 lbs.

Yep, I'm under. I was at my heaviest when I got married. I'm way more interested in getting down to PP weight! I don't want to look like I did when I got married lol.

I may be a few lbs over since I'm pretty sure I lost some weight during that week due to general wedding stress

I'm probably a couple of lbs. below my wedding weight. I'm definitely a clothing size smaller.
nectarine / 2272 posts
Nope :(. I looked and felt great for my wedding. Pcos/ttc/being off birth control has caused me to gain 20 lbs
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
I actually have no idea how much I weighted at my wedding, but I know I def gained weight or fat since then!
coconut / 8681 posts
Nope. I'm 20 pounds over. I don't plan on ever being back at my wedding weight though. It was pretty thin for me and impossible for me to maintain without a LOT of vigorous exercise and food deprivation. 10 pounds over wedding weight is my happy weight.

I am my wedding weight. It is the lowest i'll ever be. I working out now and was working out then and it just seems to be "my weight". I don't see myself going above or below except under extreme circumstances (pregnancy for example).
nectarine / 2765 posts
Yup. Just not as toned as I used to be. Gonna stay this way til I can find time to work our again.

def not at my pregnancy weight! but was about 5lbs over pre-pregnancy
honeydew / 7091 posts
Oh dear, about 40 pounds over at this point. That wasn't even my lowest weight!
pomegranate / 3565 posts
Ha ha - no. About 45 pounds over - currently 9 months pregnant. I hope to be within 5 pounds of wedding weight after baby!

I am, but only because I'm nursing. Once I wean, I'm sure my weight will increase bc my eating habits right now are terrible!
pomelo / 5509 posts
Nope, I'm about 7 lbs over it, but I lost weight leading up to the wedding due to stress. I wouldn't want to go quite that low again.
cantaloupe / 6687 posts
Nope...like @Running Elley I don't see myself ever getting there again...it was not sustainable at all. I think about 5-8 lbs above wedding weight is my happy weight but it's hard for me to get there. I'm probably 15lbs over my wedding weight now but I'm 8 weeks pregnant so not losing the extra weight anytime soon
pomegranate / 3577 posts
I am, but my happy place is 8 lbs below my wedding weight. Plus post-partum, even though I'm the same weight, I *feel* heavier, because everything has shifted and concentrated in the wrong places!
pomegranate / 3980 posts
I'm a good 35lbs over at this point and even my wedding weight was way more than I want to be... I have a lot of weight to lose.
honeydew / 7230 posts
Oh heck no! I weighed about 110 at my wedding. No where near that now and I doubt I'll ever be that thin again. I'd be happy with 125 after pregnancy!
pomelo / 5257 posts
I'm not sure... I didn't weigh myself very often back then but I'm probably within five pounds. I'm a good 15 over what I weighed in college, though
coconut / 8861 posts
I'm not sure. I really can't remember what my wedding weight was. I worked with a personal trainer. Weight itself wasn't the end goal. For me, it was fitness and looking good in my dress.
pomegranate / 3393 posts
Yes, strangely I am! But in the almost 10 years since we got married, I've gained and lost up to 20-25 lbs repeatedly, which is nuts to think about.
persimmon / 1177 posts
I'm about 20 lbs over my wedding weight, but I know I have a lot more muscle than I did then. If I could lose 10 lbs I would probably look as thin/thinner than I was when I got married.
grapefruit / 4278 posts
I'm probably 15lbs under my wedding weight. I wanted to lose weight before my wedding, but never got real serious about it. I figured out something that worked well for me post baby, and have lost a good amount of weight in the last few months.
cantaloupe / 6800 posts
As of yesterday I am at my PP weight! So that is exactly 10 pounds over my wedding weight, and THAT weight is probably 10 pounds over weight.
grapefruit / 4817 posts
Goodness no! I was 117 at my wedding, which was low for me and due to stress. I am like 20 lbs over, and a good 10 lbs from my comfortable spot. Working on it.
blogger / honeydew / 7081 posts
My goal weight is my wedding weight - and I still have about 20lbs to go to get there.
