I took the 8 year old twins I watch to see it. They liked it and I didn't really care for it. I didn't have high expectations though. I think I'm the only person who was meh about it.

My DH took his kids to see it without me, wah!
To be fair though, they were in a different state.
The kids loved it, DH thought it was "meh." It looks super fun to me and I know some other parents who loved it. You will love it especially if you are a fan of things like super heroes! -

Might have to wait for DVD, though. @travelingnanny: Did you not think it was funny for adults? The previews make it seem like it might be (kind of like how I loved the Muppet movie because some of the jokes kids wouldn't even get).

My DH was just saying last night that he thinks LO would like it. He said himself he thinks it could be funny. So, I suggested a daddy/son outing and they can just report back.

No, the previews seemed kind of crude. DS keeps saying that everyone in his class keeps talking about it but eh, we'll wait to see something else.

Heard it is good. Not sure if we'll end up seeing it in the theatre though. Another parent is planning a class trip to see the muppets already. We might just wait til it comes out on dvd.

It's at the $2 theater, so I'm trying to get DH to take me! I'm a lego person, so I sort of HAVE to see it.

We saw it a few weeks ago. It was hilarious to me. LOL!
