We're not. It's raining here. Kind of a bummer because we just got a little pool for LO and I thought it'd be nice if she could go for a "swim" today. Instead we're stuck inside.

We had a huge storm come through earlier today, but I'm not complaining one bit! We need the rain here in Tx so badly. The lake is the lowest it's been in 70 years, 50 feet below full. The more rain, the better!

It's hot! High today is 98 so we'll probably go swimming this afternoon.

Nope! Was nice this morning but then it has been cloudy, thundering and raining.

We did, but it poured for 3 hours straight. We'll be going to a friend's for a cookout later tonight. I hope the rain holds off for a few hours.

Too hot down here! It was in the 80s at 7am. Normally it'd be ok but we had R's 1st birthday pics...outside. The cake kinda melted and I was a stressed sweaty mess but oh well, I'm over it. Fx we got some good ones!

It was quite hot here! Tried to use L's pool for the first time, but he screamed his head off. Sigh.

Ugh, the weather was so bad today! I was really hoping to go to the pool, and I feel bad for everyone who'd planned barbecues. Stupid rain!
