I am not and I really need to change that if I want to live a long time for Charlie and Olive!
I don't work out, I rarely leave the house, I don't see much sunlight, my diet is horrible....
Are you healthy?

I'm decent.
I try to eat healthy most of the time.
I haven't worked out because I don't have the energy to right now, but I will once I pop baby boy out! Need to get back in shape.

Nope-- I need to exercise more. (as I sit on the couch with my feet up....)

I think so. I cook healthy meals and work out a couple times a week. I rarely get sick. I do eat junk when I dine out though.

I don't live an active lifestyle but I like to think my health is alright. I'm still carrying 15lbs of baby weight and I don't work out but I eat well and drink water. Maybe I'm so-so?

aside from the desk job, i'd say yes, I'm pretty healthy. But compared to the majority of people where I live, though...extremely, lol. People do not take care of themselves here.

Not right now. I'm giantely pregnant and deficient in basically all of my vitamins so I feel like crap.
Generally, though, being healthy is very important to me. I try to eat well, exercise, socialize frequently, and keep an eye on my emotional state.

Yup:
I eat really well and exercise regularly.
I do have some back issues and migraines though.

Kinda sorta? I try to eat pretty healthy a majority of the time, but I hardly exercise. Laziness wins. Blah.

Since my dad has been sick I have been on a landslide into not healthy. It is remarkable how overwhelming it is to try to get back to where I was even a year ago. That and how much worse I feel because of weight gain, muscle loss and lousy diet.

Yes, we eat really well. I walk every day outside so I always get at least some exercise.

I look healthy but probably am not so much....too much junk food in this house!

@Mrs. Bee: isnt it terrible that a lot of us moms work so hard to give the best and healthiest options to our kids but don't take care of ourselves? I have been thinking about this a lot lately. After packing a super healthy lunch for the kids that I slaved over, I then do Mickey d's drive through for my own meal since I had no time to pack something for me. It makes no sense!!,,

Not as healthy as I could be, but pretty good. I eat fairly healthy (vegetarian, lots of raw), I'm at a healthy weight, I don't drink or smoke, I get (or got, before pregnancy) a decent amount of exercise, so overall yes.

I'm overweight, I don't exercise much and my excuse is I clean, but I hardly clean! I have good blood pressure and all that though, so thankfully there's nothing else. But yeh, I really should burn off a few lbs, eh kilos ;o

I was more healthy before getting pregnant because I was more active. I haven't been able to exercise during my pregnancy so I feel like a bit of a sloth but at 8 months pregnant I've only gained 18 lbs so hopefully I can get back in track quickly after delivery! I already bought a BOB so I would start running again : )

pretty good, I think lack of sleep is my biggest health issue. I eat well (this week I could use less bread and more veggies) and I have been working out, but I was sick last week. I'm never going to be someone obsessed with being in shape, but I'm feeling stronger all the time

I don't exercise enough since I'm tired all the time (except the occasional bout of motivation that lasts two days... so bad), but I try to eat healthy. My motivation to eat healthy and rink lots of water is DD since we're EBF. I also try my best to remember my prenatals and DHA so DD isn't depleting my body of nutrients, but a lot of my friends, my mom and DH specifically comment that I've lost too much weight and they think I need to do more in terms of nutrition. I feel like I eat a ton but DH thinks I dot eat enough for someone who is BFing. And that I should work out to be healthier. So I guess I'm so-so? It's hard when I'm just so darn tired all the time. =\

Same boat as you doll, feel pretty guilty about it. I don't want my DD treating herself this way!

I think I have average health. I try to eat well, I quit smoking while TTC last year, and overall lived a balanced life. I think I def need to up my regular exercise though!

No! I am the unhealthiest eater and never work out! Sometimes LO and I will go for a walk but that's it!

I felt phenomenally healthy before I got knocked up.. gym 5x/week including crossfit, really healthy diet, etc. I'm still really active but have totally lost control of my eating and consume more pizza than kale these days. Boo. Hope the 2nd tri will be easier

No but I am trying to make some changes to our diets so that the whole family will have better diets. It's aggravating because I am fighting my mom (who is a spoiling grandma) the whole way.

@T-Mom: I'm the same way! I eat subway after spending so much time preparing food for the kids!

I'm okay I guess. I don't exercise at all, but I walk around a lot and I'm on my feet at work. We eat normal home cooked meals, sometimes they're healthy and sometimes they aren't so much (baked mac and cheese anyone?)
I think I'm what you would call "skinny fat." I'm quite thin (although my thighs are getting bigger...) but have no real muscle definition at all.
