If so, stay safe!
I've been following the storm since my MiL lives in Baton Rouge and my SIL is in New Orleans. For a couple days my husband and I were wondering if it was going to come here (Houston).

Prayers for safety! I'm not in the path, but we are close enough (Dallas) that we have a lot of shelters set up nearby for storm victims. Hopefully it won't be a big storm and people will get to return soon to their undamaged homes!

Nope. One of the very few perks of living totally inland in Dallas (although I guess it can still travel onto land too, it just gets weaker).
Stay safe!
This is reminding me of watching all the horrifying footage of Katrina rolling in during my first year of college. We wound up getting a ton of displaced students onto our campus (a lot went to Houston, but the overflow came up to Denton where I was in school).
