I'm about to call my BIL and see if he'd like to come over for Christmas dinner. It'll be just the 3 of us. I've never cooked on Christmas before, so I'm excited! Are you cooking on Christmas?

No, but it'll be a group effort (my two SsIL, plus one SIL's mom. I'm doing rolls, pies and a red velvet cake for SIL's bday on the 26th).

Yep, we were supposed to be going to my in laws but we had to change our plans. My dog got hospitalized for poisoning and now we can't travel. Time to start throwing together some fancy meals last minute

For two of our Christmases (we celebrate 6) I will be cooking. One just for DH and our little family here and then one for my MIL + family. I love hosting the holidays and preparing a big meal.

Yep, it was suppose my parents, my FIL & his wife, my MIL & her husband and my Grandma, but now it's just my parents and my Grandma coming. We're making the turkey, my parents are bringing the ham, and my Mom and I will divide up the sides now I guess. I have a lots of cookies and a couple pies to make this weekend!!! Yikes... Oh and this is my first year making a turkey on my own, I'm a little nervous.

@StbHisMrs: Turkyeys are pretty simple for a large meat. A lot of people worry about them, but they are pretty easy. Good luck!

Were Jewish. We usually go out for Chinese.... But the place I've literally been going to every Christmas since I was a baby closed. So this year were going to Thai.

Twice - I am making a pork roast for my parents on Saturday and then a ham on Christmas day although it will just be DH, me and the LOs.

Yeah, we're just going to cook a small meal. FIL is coming over, but it'll be relatively quiet. It'll be our last home cooked meal before the baby comes on Thursday (we always have Chickfila on Wednesdays).
