I do like to cook, but if I had to pick I'd say I'm more of a baker. I think I'm more confident in the kitchen when baking.

Baker! If I'm in a bad mood, baking always makes it better - I don't get that kind of emotional high from cooking.

Baking, I get more compliments on baking & I like trying new things!

Cook! I bake occasionally, but I think baking is a harder craft to master than cooking!

I love baking! I find cooking much harder, I think because with baking I can set a timer.

Definitely cook!
I hate to measure things perfectly, and like to wing it.... Can't do that baking.

I'm both but hardly find time to bake. I do love baking though.

@hellobeeboston: Ha - that's exactly why I love baking more than cooking! I love the predictability of it - if it says 1tsp, I put in 1tsp. I HATE when I cook and it says a "dash" of this or "season to taste". How much is a "dash"?!? Too stressful for me - DH can handle the cooking, thank you!

I loooove baking but I get too tempted to eat my creations...!! So I only bake when there's an event to bring it to.

Definitely cooking..
Whenever I tried to bake it never turned out and sometimes wasn't even good. I got teased so much by my family (who are all great bakers) that I stopped trying. Until I got married. And now I am bakIng more and trying new healthier recipes, it's going well.
But I cook every day and enjoy it a little more

I'd say I'm more of a baker (that was my career for a few years). Now that I'm at home, I cook more than I bake, but I certainly enjoy baking more.

I used to be more of a cook. Now that I've had more practice with baking I'd say both. I love working in the kitchen.

I think cook. It accomplishes two things: something yummy and something to eat for dinner.

I would have said baker hands down about a year ago but I've been really working on my cooking now that I am a stay at home mommy & wife & I'm really getting into cooking. As far as my skills? Probably still best @ baking but I'm geting more confident in my cooking abilities
