I have to admit I'm a little obsessed with the balance. I actually weigh myself every single morning. DH thinks I'm nuts... but I like to see how my weight fluctuates, or if I've shedded more weight.
Clearly I don't do this on a regular basis (unless I'm working out or counting calories)... but now that I'm post-partum and breastfeeding, I know it affects my calorie intake hence shedding (in most cases)
I have been eating like a pig though! breastfeeding makes me hungry and thristy... I'm looking forward to my okay from the doc to start working out (another 3 weeks to go)
I don't know, maybe it's because when I got pregnant the second time around, I was beyond motivated to lose the weight. I see it as "its now or never" to get back to a weight I feel comfortable and that I haven't been in years!!!
So far I'm doing well... lost 24lbs since baby and I'm at a weight I haven't been in 4 years. I still have another 20 lbs to lose if I want to get to my highschool/college weight.
