We have six embryos. Four are frozen and two are (hopefully) thriving inside me right now. We will use all of our embryos eventually so we could end up with 6. I doubt that would happen, but it could.

@babynumber1: Ha that's what my MIL always says! Of course DH was #3 (but he was easy, #2 was a nightmare).
We're still in conversation about 1 or 2, but 2 has always been our limit. Replace ourselves on the earth.

It's a hard decision for me. If money were no issue I would have 2-3 bio and adopt 2-3. I came from a family of six kids and DH from five and we both loved having a "big" family and I would love to replicate that but I don't want to feel so strapped financially for the rest of my life like both our parents did/do. I know they would NEVER say they wished they had fewer children and they were all blessings!!
But I do have financial goals/dreams that might not be attainable with a brood of children SOOOO I think 2-3 is good for us.

Three is our tentative plan. I was one of four, so I'd love having a full house. DH loves being around my big, crazy family, so I think once he gets into the swing of fatherhood, going for 3 will be our solid plan.

I hope so... I'd like 3, DH wants 4.... I just hope we're lucky enough to get 2. We'll see.

We always wanted 3, but life had different plans and we had to do IVF to get our LO. Not sure if we could go through the procedure and emotionally/physically hard pregnancy again. I'd love to believe that I could be one of those lucky ones who has a miracle pregnancy after fertility, but I'm bit going to hold my breath on that. LO will likely be our one and only!

Our plan was originally 4 but I don't think it's doable financially. I've always wanted a large family though! I think 2 or 3 will be realistic for us!
