Growing up I hated being late. My dad would actually take me to school then go back and get my (pokey) sister and drive her to the exact same school because it was panic inducing for me to be late. Then, I hit college and I started caring a lot less. That's not to say I was always late but I started to get a better sense of things where I needed to be on time or early versus things where it didn't really matter much. Then, I married my husband who comes from a family or chronic early arrivers. I have learned that if his family says they're coming over at 10:00 they will arrive at 9:30. It's still slightly annoying to me because even if I show up at 9:55 which is technically early then I feel like I'm late because they've already been there for 25 minutes.

I was always late before having children. Now I'm early. Guess it's more of an age thing, as opposed to a mommy thing? Who knows......

I hate being late!!!!!! But feeling like poo most of the 1st trimester I gave myself some leeway b/c it took so long for me to actually get myself away from feeling like puking to actually getting ready. lol

Now that I'm feeling better, I'm back to early again =)

I'm actually MORE punctual now that I have a child. I used to always be late to everything Now I'm so organized I have how long getting ready takes down to a science, so I'm like a drill instructor "Shoes on, grab your juice, find Mr. Bear, coat is being zipped, hop in your car seat" and off we go.

Gah, Eloiseke, I swear we're long lost twins. I'm the exact same way, lol! Down to the stuffed bear, even! Ha

What am I missing? I used to be 15 minutes early everywhere I went. Now that I have a baby, not so much. She always tends to poop and and be hungry right when it's time to leave. So now I'm usually on time, if not late.

Being late was one of my pet peeves, so I always used to be on time/early. I find it's harder to be punctual in the infant stage though because I have to get ready to go out, and then pump before I leave, so it takes me quite a while to get ready. I definitely have been late more since having kids, but for the most part I'm still pretty punctual. My friends understand though because they have kids and are late too!

I used to be always early or on-time about 10 years ago. I try really hard to be on time but sometimes traffic is horrible and unpredictable. So yeah, I'm late about 50% of the time. I wonder how it will be affected when I have kids.

I like to be punctual, but since having a baby we aren't as punctual as we used to be. Now that some time has passed since becoming parents, we are getting better about being on time or early again.
