Strangers started asking me if I was ready to pop around the start of my 3rd trimester of my first pregnancy.
Um, an older gentleman in the hospital elevator asked me the same thing today....I just said yes because I didn't want to put him on the spot and tell him that I'm only 14 weeks pregnant! Haha! I'm afraid to see what I look like in a few months! 
Have you ever been asked if you are ready to pop?

Haha. Old men just like to talk for the sake of talking! I'm sure you look no where near ready to pop! I have been really lucky and have had limited stranger comments. And most of them tell me I'm "too small". Um, thanks for the opinion.

Yeah, I've already discovered that people have no idea. In the same day last week, I was told by different people that I looked tiny for where I am (24 weeks), and that I looked HUGE for my 24 weeks. Um, thanks.

Oh no! An old man said to me, "you must be due any day now" when I was about 15 weeks pregnant! I was so embarassed. When I told him that I still had some time to go, he said, "how many babies are IN there?" I wasn't that big!!

I get really weird looks when people ask when I'm due, and I say April. Last night, the pharmacist who was giving me my flu shot said, "Really??? April??" I felt obligated to say that there are two in there since I look like I should be going into labor by Christmas. It's going to be a long 4 or 5 months!

Why are people so rude?? We need to bring that the old standby if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all.
I know most people have no clue about belly sizes and how far along you are, but still. How do they think saying these things to a pregnant lady, full or hormones, is a good idea??
