We are the WORST at this! I get reminders (through Google Calendar) 5 days before the birthday and somehow always end up sending the card late. Our poor nephews.

I try to be if I'm mailing them out. If I'm giving it to them in person, I do tend to put off buying it till the day before or even the day of. Oops!

I don't really do cards. We give cards with gifts at a birthday party/dinner, so it's easier to remember when I have to get everything together and go to the party. Even for my niece who lives farther away, we'll go to her birthday party or if for some reason if we can't make it send it with my MIL.

I never do b-day cards...wonder if I should start. Is that the grownup thing to do?

I only send birthday cards to my sisters since we don't exchange gifts. I usually remember to put it out in the mail the day before their birthdays. If I'm a few days late, I don't send it at all. Oops!

if by birthday card you mean a happy birthday msg on fb, than yes, i am! haha, but real cards.... no. i suck & rarely send them.
