Our house is 75 years old, so there is always something to work on/fix up. We are currently painting the trim around all 19 of our windows. They were stained but we wanted to modernize and brighten up the rooms..,it's looking awesome! Next up is the yard!

Yes and no, we are in the planning process. We just got new carpet this weekend, and I'm looking for new living room furniture. Although our big project this summer is grass! Our dogs have destroyed our backyard, we our plan is to working on taking it back!

We have to replace some galvanized pipes. So exciting, I know you are all jealous!
Next will be a fence for our yard, although that will most likely happen next Spring. With 2 boys running around, we need a fence!

We had a roof leak this winter that caused some water damage that needs to be fixed, not the home repair project I had in mind
On a brighter note, we recently installed a glass door in our shower/tub. It's so much better than the shower curtains we've had in the past... Mostly my project for the summer is purging some of the clutter, not exactly a home repair project, but I think it will do more to improve the quality of our space than most other stuff we could do...plus its free...

Yes, I'm working on getting some potted plants out of their ceramic planters. They are really stubborn though.
I want to keep the planters and take them with us.

No we rent, but I"m been looking at houses online since we plan to buy this fall and a lot of the places we can afford have wallpaper, I"m not looking forward to removing that!

Our "project" is finding a new place this summer. Figuring out if we should rent or buy our next place and if we should sell or rent his place out when we move. A lot of moving parts but it's too small!
Once we get serious we have a bunch of little things to do to make the condo ready to show.

Finished up some yard work and we have more to do. Then hopefully the basement finishing will finally start next month. After that LO's big girl room. We also are hoping to paint the outside of the house this fall.

We are currently getting quotes to "make" a back yard. our house sits on a hill and the back yard is non existent, steep slope.

We rent so there isn't much to do and we are pretty much decorated. But I'm thinking about 2 new pieces of furniture, an armchair and a big girl bed for DD.

Always, we bought a fixer-upper! We have like three outstanding projects that we need to finish up but really hard because they involve painting and hard to do that with LO around.
And in a nice change of pace we are actually hiring a company to fence in our backyard and we have our first company coming out today for a quote! I am pretty excited about just paying someone to do it and having a real fenced in yard
Right now it's partially fenced but the fence is split rail so that does nothing to keep the dog in!

We're in the throws of spring cleaning, which also involved re-vamping our old catch all room (it housed music equipment, crafting, and an office) into an office/workout room/guest room. It's been a ton of work.
Next up will be finishing our basement.

Constantly. We just bought this house in January, so our home project list is about 3 miles long. Currently working on the lawn since it's good weather for seeding/fertilizing. I can't wait for our grass to be nice for the girls to play outside without getting into dirt.
Next up will be be our dining/sitting room. Not looking forward to that because it has a 2-story wall that I'm stumped with what to do with.

We have a bunch on the list - cleaning out garage, attic, and basement, gardening, reorganizing the office to make a project area for me.

No yet but new tile will be going in the bathrooms and kitchen this spring and new carpet this fall.

Nothing big; no funds! We really want to re-pave the back yard and also the front porch/steps, but I don't foresee that happening for like 5-6 years, at least not until kids are out of daycare!
We just re-arranged our deck/patio stuff. I sold 2 chaises and bought a bench/side table. I got a used playhouse and slide, so we were setting those things up.

This year the big projects are our raised beds, fixing the roof, replacing siding and potentially painting the whole exterior.

My list is a mile long, but it includes:
- Finally painting my cabinet doors (they are primed at least, just need it to warm up so I can spray them).
- Removing bushes on the sides of our house, especially the one blocking access to our fuse box.
- Touching up the border around our master bedroom (it's been unpainted for four years)
- Touching up paint in H's room.
- Buying a new couchIf we can afford it, I want to spring for laminate in our living room/hallway and remove the carpet there because it is so worn. Eventually, I want all the rooms to be laminate (kitchen is hardwood but poorly done).

not really a project, but I've finally started furnishing/decorating our master bedroom
my last "project" will be decorating DS' bedroom when he's a little older. -
We have a TON to do this spring/summer and I get anxiety thinking about it:
- Repairs from water damage this past winter to include new flooring all throughout the loft upstairs, new carper in one bedroom, new drywall and repainting in the 1/2 bathroom.
- Repaint dining room and replace window treatments
- Possibly (and I mean possibly!) reconfiguring and updating our kitchen
- Moving LO to his new room (!) this summer and decorating! -

Next will be the first floor windows. Those are both items we are mostly outsourcing.
My own personal projects: Cleaning/Painting/Organizing the garage, cleaning up the "storage" part of our basement, wallpapering a mudroom nook. Those are my goals for summer.

I'm working on finishing my living room, yesterday I finally sewed the curtains and today I'm going to buy fabric for pillows since I can't find any I like!

We did a few things this year-- repainted entire house, replaced upstairs carpet, added recessed lights to living room and playroom, got a new sofa, and next up is installing plantation shutters downstairs.

We are redoing our laundry bath entry way area into a mudroom/laundry/bathroom type space. This is the never ending project and I am ready for it to be done. The tile is down so now we need to move the appliances back in and finish the 'lockers' and put up trim and put the beadboard up in the bathroom and on and on and on.

We always have a list, and we've only been in our house for a year, so lots still to do. Currently on the list:
-replace windows
-paint living room, master, hallway, both bathrooms
-install an electric fireplace in the living room, build a mantle and shelves around it, tie it into the heating thermostat
-build a small deck with a roof in our garden area for a spot for table and chairs
-drywall and insulate the garage -
Kind of.....
Our house is pretty new and doesn’t need any updating or upgrading or repairs or anything, but we want to rip out the carpet in the master suite and turn half the master bedroom into a library/reading nook space. The bedroom is huge (seriously, it’s crazy) and it’s just mostly wasted space now. Might as well turn it into something more cozy and useful! Right now I’m only in the “Pinterest” stage of working on a house project!

Well, we're closing on a 87 year old house next week so we should be up to our ears in projects for the foreseeable future!

We moved in last year one month before LO was born, so we still have tons of projects for our 75 year old house. Major priorities right now are:
1) new kitchen countertops
2) grade and landscape the backyardOther than that, baby proofing and painting the trim in the bedrooms. I love house projects, but there never seems to be enough time.

Working on foyer and dining room currently. We're in the DIY camp, and it's so much work! Today's project is prepping for our front door to be painted. I'm sprucing up an old mirror and taking a break between painting.

We bought our house in January, so there is still a LOT to do. But the things on my mind I want to get done ASAP are:
-Putting up a backsplash in the kitchen
-Finish the living room (still need to find a rug & bookcase)
-Build a raised bed or two for the small back patio
-PAINT...everything is painted the same boring beige color...doors...baseboards...ceiling...walls....trim....it's this giant sea of beige...
-Finish unpacking and organizing everything. I finally have a cabinet to display my grandparent's wedding china that has been sitting in a box in the garage for 7+ years I am NOT looking forward to hands & knees scrubbing of the kitchen/dining floor. I've mopped it countless times but it is not getting clean enough...I'm pretty sure the previous owner NEVER cleaned it...the grout ranges from white to black...gross!! I think next year's big project will be to re-tile the entry, kitchen & dining areas (we put down hardwood in the living room before moving in).

We're redoing the garden area right now (moving the garden boxes and paving the walk ways around it) and some landscaping (edging, planting, leveling near the house for better water drainage). I had plans to paint the kitchen cabinet and hallways, but that didn't happen this winter and now that the warm weather is coming, we'll be working on the exterior of the house again, painting and doing repairs.

Not yet, but we finally got our rental property ready to sell and I'm so excited to focus on our own home again!! I've been adding to my list of future projects since last summer and am ready to start updating, but DH (who did all the work on the other house) thinks he needs a little break first.

What started as new hardwood throughout c/o insurance following a water leak has turned into a complete renovation. Tile in entry and baths, full kitchen reno, new paint throughout, new lighting and blinds throughout. All our furniture is in storage and we have been living in a rental since February. It's insanely stressful. Trades are difficult to deal with and coordinating them all has been a nightmare. On top of everything, I'm 37 weeks pregnant!
It will be all worth it in the end, which looks like early May at this point, but it's been tough. The kicker is that it was all pretty beautiful to begin with prior to the renos, it was kind of just a snowball effect of lets do this, now this, ok this, might as well so this, etc, etc.

Right now it's partially fenced but the fence is split rail so that does nothing to keep the dog in!
