Mine are not... it usually takes them about 10 minutes to get into the conversation, with lots of prompting from me or Bee. Then they get into it, but by then everyone involved is exhausted by the whole process!
Are your kids into Facetime or Skype?

My son likes it, but it's really the only way we communicate with his grandparents since they all live far away. Sometimes he wants to talk and sometimes he doesn't but I think it's really nice for him to "see" his grandparents. I think it has really helped him be familiar and comfortable with my dad in person because we only see him maybe once per year.

Yup, they know the ring tone and come running over when they hear it or ask me if we can call. They FT with my parents and DH (when he isn't home before their bedtime).
