We bought an Ikea Kura bed and are going to attempt room sharing! Then we'll be able to turn Olive's room into an office, which would be awesome because we need the space.
We're just waiting for the mattress to be delivered. They are 2 1/2 and 4 1/2, and they can share for at least a couple of years.

Not yet, but that's the plan when our second comes this fall! They'll be 23 months apart. I'm always glad to hear how it goes for other families!

We have plenty of rooms and once each kid outgrows the nursery I will still have them sharing until they are older. I think kids enjoy sharing.

We only have one right now but most likely our kids will share. We're in a 2 bedroom and even though we might be able to buy shortly after we plan to have our next kid, I'd like to stay put for awhile just to keep things similar for dd and myself. Plus I actually like our rental and it'll probably take us awhile to find something we can afford in our current location. Or to find a new location that we really like. My grandma had 5 kids in a 3 bedroom house, and my other grandma had more than double that in I don't know how many bedrooms but the point is everyone shared and did ok, so hopefully my los will too!

They will. We had a two bed. DS has his own room and in a crib, but there is also a twin in there. In about a year, I'll move dd into the crib and him into the twin. It'll be interesting...

Mine share but by necessity (we live in a 2-bedroom!). Growing up, I shared a room with my brother (3.5 years younger than me) until I was 11!

We have enough rooms. But, if for some reason a third comes along, someone's gonna have to share. But, it's unlikely.

They'll each have their own rooms, but will share if we have multiple guests over.

Yes mine have been sharing since the baby was 8 months old. The only issue we have is during nap time- so we let the older one sleep in our bedroom.

They have a shared nursery, but they're in our room now since they are only a month old. Eventually they'll go to their nursery though and I hope they share for a log time. We have a four bedroom house, but we're trying to save two rooms as guest rooms because my family comes to visit and I like everyone to have a real bed to sleep in. Once our babies are a little older (5?) they'll have their own rooms. We will also splt them up earlier if they have trouble sleeping in the same room. We're just going to play that by ear though.
