My parents are retired and have been since their 40's. They travel like maniacs!

My IL's are in their early 60s (not sure if their exact ages, haha) and retired from the restaurant business.
My parents are 67 and 63, and my dad doesn't seem like he has any intention of selling his medical practice anytime soon.

My parents are really young so they're a long ways off from retiring. My mother-in-law is a CPA, but she hasn't worked full time since her boys were born. She still does a little bit of tax work each year. My father-in-law officially retired a few years ago, but he still does consulting and sits on the board of a few companies in Bermuda. Also, he has gotten really involved in running the family farms. So he's just about as busy as he was when he worked full time!

FIL is retired. My parents are not but my dad is counting down the hours until he does (not for another couple of years though).

My parents still work and I don't see them retiring for a while (they are 61 & 58). MIL has never worked. FIL is retired.

my fil is 72, but he's going to be one of those people that works up until the day he is mentally unable to do so. he and mil work together and even though she's younger (61) she wants to retire really badly but can't as long as he needs her there.
my parents are both in their early 60s and are starting to think about retiring or at least slowing down. especially my mom--she's a cancer survivor and it made her rethink her priorities a lot. when dh and i have kids i think they're going to retire and move to be closer to us.

FIL is 72 and is starting to think about retiring. My parents are in their mid-60s and likely won't start considering it for another 5 years!

My mom has been for years; she retired when my SILs were expecting their first.
My MIL is retired and my FIL will be in a few months.

My parents aren't retired, but my MIL is. She retired a year or so ago at 55.

Both my parents and my IL's are around 58-62 but I don't think any of them are thinking about retiring soon! My mom just went back into the workforce after my parent's divorce (after 25 years of not working) so she has some catching up to do retirement savings-wise. My dad keeps joking that for every year of college he is paying for (twin sisters!) he loses a year of retirement, but in reality I don't think he has any desire to slow down, he loves working. My poor FIL will not be retiring anytime soon because they had to put a lot of their savings into raising their grandkid.
DH and I are saving big time now so we don't have to worry as much in 30 years!

Nope. My dad will never really be able to retire in part because my mom never worked, and in part because he loves working (or is just so used to it he wouldn't really know what to do with himself otherwise!). My FIL is a professor, and I guess semi retired but he still teaches - just not a full courseload every semester plus meetings, committee work, etc. MIL is a lawyer and works about 70 hours a week. She talks about retiring, but going into teaching at a law school, or something like that. She has no desire to not work.
They are all in their mid-late 60's.

My parents aren't--they're in their mid-50s. My ILs are, however. My FIL actually just retired a month or two ago. They're both in their mid-60s, and made really really smart financial investments.

My FIL has been retired for about 10 years (took an early package from his company). My MIL just retired in April. They are both in their late 60s. My mom and step-dad are retiring on Nov. 30 (mom will be 60, step-dad will be 57).

FIL has been retired for about 10 years now. Both of my parents and MIL still work! My mom is retiring this year and will be our primary caretaker when I go back to work early next year.

My dad just retired. Now he spends a lot of time at home with us. I love it and the kids love spending time with their papa.

Not yet. They are all 55 and under (Happy 55th Bday FIL today!) and plan on working for quite a while.

Nope, they all still work. They're in their early to mid fifties though, so they've still got time : )

My mom is almost 50 and isn't retired.. she is in real estate though and makes her own hours so she has it pretty awesome!
My dad is 57 and will likely work until 65 to get CPP.
ILs will work until they qualify for CPP as welll.. they are in their mid fifties.
