@Kaohinani: Thanks! That would be awesome. I'm not betting on that just yet though.

I'm going to join again even if my test day is in September. If I tested early, it could be August. AF is due Sep 3.
Cycle Day: 6
TTC Cycle: 2
Ovulation Date: Est Aug 21
POAS Date: Sep 3
Baby #: 3
Anything exciting you'd like to share: I'm trying OPKs for the first time. Each new baby seems to shorten my cycle. It was 30/31 days prior to my first, 28 between the two, and now 26 days. I'm trying to determine if the follicular phase or the luteal phase is shortening.

@Mrs. Toad: Welcome back! So glad to see you! OPKs have been invaluable to me. I'm hoping that you find them helpful as well.

@Kaohinani: here is some of my last complete temp charts, they tend to look like that
persimmon / 1141 posts
Wow I love looking at everyone's charts! Mine is inconsistent this month with the +/- OPKs and temp spike.
@Kaohinani: Ooh nice chart.. you should definitely have a clue in the next day or two! Stay up temps!!
Posting a few for comparison (current cycle and two previous pregnancies).
Current cycle:
Cycle I conceived DD:
Cycle we conceived DS... for laughs. We took a much more chill approach, lol. No temping but sharing for BD timing if anyone cares!

I REALLY enjoy viewing all of your charts. Thank you for sharing them.
I love seeing all of the variations of "normalcy" between all of us, as well as, the deviations of BBT and cycle change with a single person's shared data.
@Sams Mom: Your charts are really consistent looking month-to-month!!! That must make it easy to spot when there are any anomalies. . Very nice!
@SupernovaJ: So neat seeing your current cycle compared with your past BFP cycles! Thank you! I am REALLY "super-duper" (* I sound like my 10-year-old here! ) hoping that DH and I hit it this month. I'm keeping positive I have a chance.
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@Sams Mom: That is awesome! Now why has April been selected as a highlighted month? Was it the last month you temped?
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@Kaohinani: I have no idea, I couldn't get it to go away, but it is the last month I temped through ovulation... So I guess so?
It is so hard to get back into the swing of temping.
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@Sams Mom: I agree! I had quit for nearly a year after having DS and, in order to ensure I was still OV, I began again. So difficult to do so when a LO wakes erratically and I had to get up early for prepping DD for school, getting hubby set for PT, and I got set for work. I would forget most mornings! . Now I'm so strictly regimented about it, my husband makes fun of me for it. π
(* huge eye roll*)

My current chart. My timing is very inconsistent, I take a temperature each time I wake up after at least 3 hours of sleep, and use the latest one.
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@mdf106: Wow, that is quite a chart with all of your inconsistent waking times. Your temperatures are (beautifully) high though! . F'x

I wish I had a chart to share. With the only two days or so that I've experimented this month, my chart looks like a checkmark. I officially start temping next cycle.
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@MrsDynamiteGal: LOL. . That is an awesome start! Besides, check marks can be "cool," right?
. I can't wait to see yours next month ... if you even have to, of course!
grapefruit / 4144 posts
If anyone is wondering, I've been sitting at my doc's office for the last 40 minutes ... waiting to be seen. This place is a madhouse. Lol. I'm not stalking HB, rather, I'm bored out of my gourd sitting here waiting while listening to the receptionist type from the window to my left and the heavy nose breather fight a booger-bat zipping in his nose on my right. I'm really trying to keep sane at this point!
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@Kaohinani: O man I hate it when it takes forever in waiting room purgatory! I mean it sucks when I have to sit for 30 minutes without any pants on in the exam room waiting to see my doctor because I was squeezed in for a clomid check... But the waiting room sucks!
Just do the mom thing and pull a kleenex out of your purse and hand it to the dude with the bat in the cave.
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@Sams Mom: I just burst out laughing reading that!!! And bat-cave guy shot me a look. I have absolutely no self control from holding in laughter.
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@Kaohinani: And that's when you say sorry, my kid texted me a booger joke.
clementine / 828 posts
@Kaohinani: This month has been especially erratic. I have had a lot of trips and visitors this month, which I think has thrown things off.
persimmon / 1141 posts
Agree, this is a funky cycle for a lot of us! It's already half way through the month... hoping for some BFP's soon!!
grapefruit / 4492 posts
It's CD 13 (usual ovulation CD14) and this is my first day getting fertile CM. So mark me down for a wonky cycle with everyone else
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@Sams Mom: "Wonky" isn't always bad ... Just weird. Weird can be good (in the end). . Keeping positive.
All that waiting and the doc had to leave early so I got to see his NP. Not complaining because she is a sweetheart but, man, it was crazy!!!!
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@Kaohinani: Hopefully that is the case.
So have you talked to your husband about another spermy check? I think I am going to have my husband tested even though all things indicate that he shouldn't be the problem... ughhhhh
nectarine / 2288 posts
@Kaohinani: @Sams Mom: so shh (and I am not throwing my hat into the ring, nor really following along) but we're trying anyway despite my anxiety resurfacing
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@MamaBear87: YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS (if HB supported gifs it would be the one of the guy waving his hands back and forth by his face while screaming)
I'm not excited... You're excited in the keep it in check excited-ness
nectarine / 2288 posts
@Sams Mom: I'm really not expecting much and if we find out my svt is back at my appt on the 30th that might be the end of trying as I might go back on beta blockers. But we'll see.
nectarine / 2288 posts
@Sams Mom: it's a double edged sword for me. If there's no svt then I'm just having random bouts of anxiety/panic attacks for no reason. Either way it's frustrating to still be dealing with this.
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@MamaBear87: Skweeeeeeee!!!! (* That is an excited shriek!) I miss Mrs. MamaBear!
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@MamaBear87: booooo! Well we can always hope for another anomaly to happen and there is no SVT and no more anxiety issues

On a side note, my daughter forced my son to cuddle by sticking him in the corner of the couch and he wasn't having it ... AND, THIS happened:
Being the AWESOME parent (with the Ed.D) that I am, I reached for my phone first before breaking them up, making them apologize to each other AND putting both in time out.
#NotAbuseISwear #ParentingGoals(*EyeRoll*) #StillWantNumber3 #ForcedAffectionLeadsToStrangling. #ThreeYearOldConquersTensButt. #NotAProudParentingMoment
Edit - ... and now I feel like the teenager who over shared something and everyone is thinking: "Wow, what a weird, violent family Kaohinani has and she must be so negligent." (*laugh-cry morphing into real tears*)
persimmon / 1095 posts
@Kaohinani: Love the picture. It's no worse than having my 18 month DD hit me with her toy, while 3.5 yr DS laughs. I took and threw the toy across the room and then went and locked myself in the bathroom before hitting both of them. Why do I want another? I still do.
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@Mrs. Toad: my 2 year old was laughing and covering my mouth tonight while I was screaming in pain because my husband was digging a giant splinter out of my foot... I still want another even though I'll just end up ganged up on more

@Kaohinani: I totally take pictures of my toddler tantruming sometimes so you're not the only bad parent

@Sams Mom: is ovulation later than usual this cycle for you? Iβm with you in feeling like this cycle is really long but I also really do have longer cycles Iβm not expecting to ovulate until next week but I had what was almost like ewcm today at CD14. Opk doesnβt look close to positive yet though.
@Kaohinani: LOL your kids are hilarious! Thanks for sharing that pic! π€£
@SupernovaJ: Hoping to see some in here soon too!! Canβt believe the month is nearly half over!
@MamaBear87: hi!!
@Mrs. Toad: welcome!!
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@Mrs. Toad: @Sams Mom: @SkinnyCow: @Starlitsky: Thank you, ladies! After I posted, I began to feel like I over-shared and that no one could empathize with poor child behavior or sympathize with making the choice to take a pic first before stepping in. I had NEVER seen my son react THAT way but DD was REALLY jamming him in the corner and trying to get him to "cuddle" and watch a movie on her Kindle with her. He is greatly speech delayed and was having trouble articulating his frustration until he popped off on her. My DD called it, "Going Hulk on me." .
Anyway, BBT dropped .16 today so it's not looking that great for me. My temp always begins its slow decline at about 8/9 dpo until AF arrives. I'm 8 dpo today. I'm hopeful it will head back up a bit BUT FF is making me a bit bummed. Yesterday, I was with 70 % of possible pregnancy charts with elevated temps; today, they have me at 34% of possible pregnancy charts which are "stable.". I suppose stable is better than quickly falling, but whatever. Still bummed reading their statics.

@MamaBear87: We're so glad to have you here with us!
@Kaohinani: I think it would be boring to look back on life if we only documented the perfect moments. Some action is needed to give it spice.
No wonder he fought back in the end though, if he didn't have any other tools to express he's frustration with the situation.
My temp dropped a bit too, but as I have had that sawtooth pattern this month, it was the lower temp's turn anyway. I guess I'll see tomorrow if it spikes back up or continues to decline. I'm 9 dpo today, not feeling very hopeful, but not hopeless either. Just...meh...
