@2farmmoms: So sorry to hear. I can't imagine what it's like trying to do this with so few resources nearby. Everything is so dependent on timing; I hope you can find an office close to you for monitoring!

@BlueWolverine: Good luck and keep us updated. Also remember that you are very early and might not be able to see much in the ultrasound. So, if you don't, try not to get discouraged..

@NorthStar: The nurse said he really just wants to see that the pregnancy is in the uterus and not ectopic. So that's a little scary.

@sslm: hugs! Are they doing another?
@BlueWolverine: excited for you. That number is a good sign!
I've been dealing with the hassles of getting my mess for this month. I got the femara but my insurance won't pay despite it saying online that it is covered because of a "profiled diagnosis." I'm waiting for the payment to go through for the ovidrel. I start femara tonight, and have acupuncture with the master on Friday, with the next ultrasound a week from today. I'm hoping for an IUI next Friday since DH and I are both off work. Trying to stay positive.

Good news. The "pregnancy sac" is in my uterus, not a tube, so doc is happy. Everything is looking good. Little scared to say that out loud or too many times. Another sonogram in two weeks. Blood on Monday to check progesterone - still low at 14, but because we're supplementing, he's OK with it.
