I've heard it is because their servers are based out of an area that has been impacted by Sandy.

Yep, I was at their store the other day and their network has been down b/c of Sandy. Glad that they are back online now.

My shower was sat, and I only got a few registry items. Not sure if it was coincidence or because of the server being down.

I think a lot of people shop for showers at the last minute, so I bet it was a factor.
