So, will you (or did you) write your child's baby book like "LO did this..."
or, like "You did this..." ?
My thinking is I should do it third person, since it isn't necessarily a book FOR her, is it? It's a book about her... so it should say "She did this, she did that." Do you agree, disagree, or suggest something else entirely?

I did second person because I just used the monthly updates from my blog...I do agree with your reasoning though, maybe third person would have been better.

I usually wrote, "LO did this" but sometimes I would switch it up. I was always in a hurry writing it so really whatever came out, came out.

@artbee: @Mrs. Pen: haha, only reason I haven't ended up with both is that I'm writing them all in email drafts -- usually on my phone during a feeding or something -- going to make a mypublisher book next year!

I voted neither. I didn't have a baby book, so I put his photos in shutterfly and then wrote

and that kind of thing. Everything was in phrases --predicate with no subject so I avoided the issue all together.
