dh follows DC news since he's from there and we lived there for a long time, and he just told me this crazy story about a baby born on the L'Enfant Plaza metro platform earlier today! Sounds like a nightmare, right?!

That's cray! And also pretty much why my husband doesn't want me to leave the house now that I'm almost 39 weeks. He (and my mom!) are worried I'll have some quick crazy labor somewhere.

I do hate that it's always reported "luckily someone "trained" was there"... only because a woman is perfectly capable of delivering & catching her baby unassisted. It's not "dangerous" that someone may not have been there to catch. lol
