I'm 16 weeks and just look bloated. I can no longer zip up my pants comfortably so I'm doing the rubber band thing, but unless you really know me, you would just think I just drank one too many beers. I'm quite petite so I thought I would show early because of that, but so far it just looks like a beer belly.

It wasn't until around 24-25 weeks for my first that I started getting a bump. I still had a perfectly flat stomach at 18 weeks - not even a hint of a bloat. With my second, it was around 22 weeks that I started sporting a bump, and again, had a pretty flat stomach until around 15-16 weeks when it started looking like a little tummy bloat.

I wasn't noticeably pregnant to anyone until 24ish weeks, and even then people who didn't know me well (like work colleagues that I only see once a month or so) didn't realize until I was well past 32 weeks. For reference, I'm 5'2" and started at an average BMI for my height, but I have broad shoulders and big boobs, so maybe that's why??

I have to point it out still at 20 weeks and everyone says I am tiny. I think it's been a huge change. I am 5' 8" with a long torso so I think the little guy has found room in there. I also have only gained a few pound so I think that has something to do with it too. It's make me nervous to have everyone say in small.
At 12 weeks I just looked sick and uncomfortable....

I look pregnant at 10 weeks with my second. I had a small bump at 12 weeks with my first but not obvious to everyone in regular clothes. At the gym, it's hella obvious. One of the coaches patted me yesterday hehe

I am 13 weeks now and still looks just like bloat but it is also really easy to hide with a loose fitting shirt.

People that already knew I was pregnant started notici g at 16-17 weeks but no comments from strangers. I ft bloated at 12 but I really wasn't showing.

With my first, I didn't have any semblance of bump until 17 or 18 weeks. I didn't have a nice round "Oh she's pregnant!" bump until probably 22 or 23 weeks.
With LO2 - I have a small round bump at 11 weeks. If I wore a fitted shirt, everyone would be like "Oh she's pregnant!"

At 12-13 weeks I just looked bloated. I felt like I "popped," and it was pretty obvious at 15 weeks (first pic), so that's when I started taking my weekly belly pics. It became obvious to strangers around 20 weeks (second pic)--that's when people began congratulating/touching me.

@Mrs.KMM: Have you tried panelled trousers under your tops? They seemed to make everything rounder for me at that awkward stage.

@Snowdrop: Great point. I'm wearing full panel pants in the photo above, I found them way more comfortable but they definitely help define the awkward belly stage.
