    @lady grey: We do like Ian!

    @simplyfelicity: I like that Ian also has a softer feel, like Ethan, but is still a pretty "manly" name. Which does your DH like better?

    @lady grey: Agreed! Well, his favorite is Aiden...I have only known girls with that name though.

    What about Truman? It sounds so good with your last name, and you never hear of the name Truman!

    @simplyfelicity: Your DH needs to come around to Ethan Lawrence. It's my fav. I think it sounds great!

    @simplyfelicity: I love Aiden, too & if we were having a boy, would be top of my list. How about Keegan? Friends of mine have a boy named this, otherwise that'd be on our boy list, too.
    ETA: I do like both Ian & Ethan, too...

    The only thing with William/Liam is that if you plan to call him by his nn, he'll be "Liam Lobber" at school, etc, so still the double L. FWIW, I don't mind the double L... sort of sounds like a pro athlete or a celebrity or something

    @Rainbow Sprinkles: I will definitely suggest it!
    @ValentineMommy: Apparently, Ethan is the name of the worst student he has in his classes this year. #teacherproblems
    @GoGoSnoGirl: Thanks for the suggestions!
    @Shutterbug: I guess what I mean is that we will call him Liam but he can be William professionally, when he gets his diploma, during his wedding ceremony etc. (boy am I thinking ahead! ) So, if someone asks me his name, I would say "William Lobber" but call him Liam for short. I am not sure if that makes an ounce of sense., haha.
