I've always been chronic back popper/cracker. I can feel when I need and feel so relieved when I do. Now that I'm preggo, I noticed that I still crack my own back when I feel discomfort. Is it okay for me to continue doing this?

I did it for as long as I could. I hit a point where it was too cumbersome to do it anymore. One of the first things I did after he was born was use the hospital bed as leverage and get an awesome crack, haha.
Honestly I don't know if there are any negative repercussions...I never bothered to ask. I'd call your doctor if you're concerned about it.

I'm not sure if there's anything wrong with doing it, but I know at some point during earlyish pregnancy I just couldn't get my back to pop anymore. I usually do the twist method. So I got one of those foam rollers and use that now and it feels SO good. My back pops way more, too. I asked my chiro about it and he said that was totally fine (I'm 35 weeks along). He said popping with the roller is safer for my spine than twisting (which makes sense).

The joint where spine meets hips pops a lot on its own for me. Baby jumps every time!! I wouldn't worry about it...your back will change so much it either will or won't let you on it's own.
