Which do you prefer?
Lately, I'm on a sausage kick. And T looooves sausage.

Turkey sausage or regular bacon. I don't like regular sausage or turkey bacon, so if we're going on the original versions bacon wins!

Bacon is fabulous, but there is a third breakfast meat option. DH's aunt and uncle make their own scrapple and it is so good, even though I know it's all parts of the pig that I don't want to think about.

Depends on the bacon or sausage, lol.
I like my bacon crispy, so if it's rubbery, I'll go for sausage. I'm not as picky on sausage, but I do like good crispy bacon.

There's nothing like really good crispy bacon. I love BLTs and crumbled bacon on grits or strips atop burgers. Sausage is strictly a breakfast food and after a few bites it makes me sick.

Depends on the sausage. I don't like sausage links so I'll chose bacon over sausage links. I do love sausage patties, like turkey sausage. I like soft bacon over crispy bacon.
