I thought this was awesome and crazy to be able to pull off something this large!
Even if an airline offers free checked baggage (Southwest), I still carry on my luggage. I don't like waiting at baggage claim. It takes FOREVER. So if I was a passenger on that flight, I'd be missing out!

This is so sweet! Totally has me crying. The kid who asked for an Android tablet and then hugged Santa when he got it. And I love that they even gave out a few free flights home for the holidays. I wonder if that guy got the santa boots he asked for. I'd say this worked, because I've never heard of WestJet. Do they just fly within Canada?

Awesome PR. Made me cry. Never heard of Westjet before this but now I don't think I will ever forget them.
