I'm a great baker, not so good at cooking but I try stuff out all of the time. Some work, some don't.

I'm better at baking, but I cook more. I need to bake more, just for the fun of it. I like to send treats to work with DH to share with his buddies. They love me there.

@reese I'm sure you're great!! I spend a lot of time with frosting I'm still trying to find that perfect vanilla cupcake. Every recipe I found is dry as heck!

@Mrs. Lemon Lime - yep! Just a hobby! My DH would be happy if I made just plain chocolate chip cookies all the time, but I'm always trying something crazy lol
I find most cooks are great at just throwing stuff together and making it amazing. Baking is more of a science - I need a recipe for sure.

I am a much better cook than baker and enjoy cooking much more than baking. However, my husband is a professional baker, so our soon-to-be family has that going for us.

@babycanuck: Super cute! So talented!
I'm a much better cook. I just eyeball measurements, which really doesn't work with baking!!

Neither. If I had to pick one, I prefer to cook. I'm too impatient for baking.
